Environment
Though located near the center of the Tokyo Metropolitan area, this scenic campus is richly landscaped with trees and other greenery, while a lovely stream also flows across its grounds. The relatively small scale of the university enables its students to benefit from limited class size, and the resulting ability to forge close relationships with their classmates and the faculty alike.

Service for International Students
The Misashi International Studies Center (MISC) offer international students help and guidance on many issues such as immigratioan, houseing and finance. The guidance organized by MISC is designed to provide international students with academic advice such as enrollement information and procedures, class selection and registration. During the guidance, students meet with mentors and learn about student services and campus life. As a part of a commitment to provide a positive campus life for international students, the university has a peer support system called the "Campus Mates" organized by volunteer students. They will introduce international students to campus resources and services and assist in class selection and registratin. The "Campus Mates" also arrange parties, outings and field trips, in which all international students are invited to participate.
