Kumamoto downtown area, located 10-15 minutes away from Kumamoto university by bycicle and known for a lot of office building and shopping street. |

There are a wide variety of extracurricular activities, volunteer, aikido, judo, karate, kendo, kyudo(Japanese archery), sado(tea ceremony), ikebana(flower arrangement), baseball, soccer, tennis, etc. All of them are run by the students themselves. |
