- Procedure for issue of score certificate
JASSO will issue “EJU Certificate of Scores” for people who want to know their score and have not received their score report sent by JASSO after taking the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU). Please follow the procedures below if you want the certificate to be issued.
Requests for the issue of a score certificate by people who live abroad will not be accepted since discussions are currently ongoing with EJU overseas representatives.
(1) Fill out the EJU Certificate of Scores Request form (PDF:36KB) with the necessary information.
(2) Pay the publication fee of 1,500yen (consumption tax included) per certificate.
The fee needs to be paid at a post office to the following account.

Please write “EJU Certificate of Scores” in the space for correspondence ("Tsushin-ran") on the Postal Payment Form.
(3) Send the filled form to JASSO by fax or postal service.

Note
* The reissuance fee is not refundable for any reason.
* The fee listed above is for persons living in Japan. If you took the EJU in Japan but current reside outside Japan, contact JASSO for information on the fee amount and payment method.
* Requests for the issue of a score certificate by people who live abroad will not be accepted since discussions are currently ongoing with EJU overseas representatives.
- Closing Day / Mailing Day
(1)The weekly closing day for processing of Score Certificate requests is Friday (if a holiday, the preceding business day). The Score Certificate for EJU will be published for requests that have been received and paid for by the closing day.
(2)will be sent out as express mail
(delivery record)
in generally 7 days after the closing day. This processing period cannot be reduced.
