Mailing of 2010 EJU Examination Voucher 
For Examinees Taking EJU in Japan
- Mailing date
Your examination voucher will be mailed by "Registered Mail" to the address you specified on your EJU application on the date listed below. Please sign when you receive the mail. If you are not there when the mail arrives, the mail carrier will leave a slip to inform you of the arrival of the mail. Please follow the instruction in the slip to receive the mail.
If you moved after submitting EJU application, please submit "Tenkyo-Todoke (change of address announcement )" to the nearest Post Office. For details, please refer to
this website (By
Japan Post Network, Japanese only).
Notice: Please do not submit "Tenkyo-Todoke" to JASSO.
1st Session (June): Friday, May 21 (tentative)
2nd Session (November): Friday, October 22 (tentative)
After you receive your voucher, please make sure that all the information on it is correct
(your name, date of birth, etc.).
- What to do if voucher does not arrive
1st Session (June): If your voucher does not arrive by Monday, May 31
2nd Session (November): If your voucher does not arrive by Monday, December 1 ,

- What to do if voucher information is incorrect
If any of the information listed on your voucher is incorrect, first take EJU without altering the voucher. After completing the examination, make a photocopy of the voucher and write any necessary corrections on the copy using a red pen. Mail the copy to Japan Student Services Organization by no later than the date specified below.
1st Session (June): Friday, July 2
2nd Session (November): Friday, November 26

For Examinees Taking EJU outside Japan
- Mailing date
Your test voucher may be directly issued to you at the time you apply, or may be mailed to you later. Contact the EJU Overseas Representative (the office to which you applied) to find out the manner in which the voucher will be issued to you.
- What to do if voucher does not arrive
Contact the EJU Overseas Representative.
- What to do if voucher information is incorrect
If any of the information listed on your voucher (name on the answer sheets) is incorrect, first take EJU without altering the voucher. After completing the examination, report the error to the examination proctor.
Please note that if you do not request corrections to be made, your score report will be issued with the incorrect information unaltered.
