This is for the persons who will enter Japan and be enrolled in our school with newly acquired "Student" visa.

<Qualification required>

An applicant must be a foreign national, who does not have Japanese nationality, but does have 12 years or more educational background in foreign countries other than Japan. (One that has completed high school graduation equivalent education less than 12 years is also applicable) An applicant has to have intentions to carry on his/her study at university or graduate school in Japan after studying Japanese at our center.

<How to apply>

An applicant must first find a contact person to begin application. A contact person needs to be able to communicate in Japanese and lives in Japan. He/she processes application on behalf of the applicant. When finding one, inform us of the person's contact information.We will send a set application form to the contact person. And, all the procedure will be carried out through the person.

  • *Please contact us for consultation if finding a contact person in Japan is difficult.

<Documents required>

Refer to "Documents required" mentioned above. Application form and relevant documents need to be brought to the school office by the contact person.

<Application fee>

Once we confirm to process your application, you will be asked to settle application fee of JPY 20,000 in to our designated bank account (Refer to "Application Fee" mentioned above).

  • *Our bank details will be informed to you once we confirm process of your application.

<About screening>

The school committee will screen application documents.

<Admission result notice>

  • April course, 2018: At the end of November, 2017 by post mail
  • October course, 2018: At the end of May, 2018 by post mail

<Student visa>

When you secure our admission, an admission notice will be sent to you through the contact person and, at the same time, the school, as your proxy, will begin to process your eligibility application (the eligibility necessary for obtaining student visa) for Osaka Regional Immigration Bureau. When you are granted with eligibility, we will notify it and send the certificate to the contact person. With the eligibility certificate, you will apply for the Student Visa at your local Japanese embassy or consulate.

<Admission procedures>

  • April course, 2018: Around the end of March, 2018
  • October course, 2018: Around the end of September, 2018

Soon after you obtain student visa, please settle School Expenses (see "School Expenses" mentioned above) . With (a) the bank receipt, (b) admission certificate, (c) your passport and (d) resident card that you will receive at the airport, come to the school accompanied by a defrayer or contact person for registration. The details of procedures will be informed to you along the admission notice.

  • *All the expenses should be settled into our designated bank account.
  • *All the bank charges or transfer fees shall be born by the applicant.
  • *Note that we do not take cash, check or credit.
  • *Contents of recruitment are subject to change without notice.
  • *Once payment is completed into our bank account, refund will be basically unacceptable.

(1) Eligibility

An applicant who is foreign national (who doesn't have Japanese nationality) and who meets all the following conditions.

  • An applicant bears more than a year status of residence in Japan. (Except college visa, temporary staying visa, trainee visa, skilled labor visa, work visa and etc.,)
  • An applicant who has completed one's secondary education, 12 years of education, (high school graduation level) at home country. ( It includes a case that due to education system in one's country, the total study years up to high school graduation is less than 12 year)
  • An applicant who desires to enter higher education (such as university, graduate school and so forth in Japan) after studying Japanese at our language education center.

<Application procedures>

An applicant needs to come to the school in person accompanied by one's financial guarantor. The applicant needs to bring own passport and resident card.

<Screening fee>

An applicant will be asked to settle screening fee of JPY 20,000 into our designated bank account once we confirm receipt of application. Our bank details will be informed at the time.

  • *As a rule, fees once paid are not refundable.

<Screening>

After documents screening by the school committee, applicant goes through interview and exams on mathematics and English. An applicant will be admitted to the school based on the results and availability of the class that meets one's Japanese level.

<Notice of the result>

The result will be noticed to the applicant or the designated address by post mail. The details of school registration will be informed at the time, too.

<Entrance Procedures>

Successful applicant needs to settle the second payment (See "Payment at admission" mentioned above) into our designated account (details will be noticed along with the admission notice) by the given date. Certificate for the admission will be issued and entrance procedures will be carried out upon confirmation of receipt of the payment.
