• An applicant must be a foreign national and have 12 years (high school level education) or more educational background in his / her country.
• He / she has to intend to carry on his / her study at a university or a graduate school or other higher education in Japan after studying Japanese at our center. (Including applicants who completed less than 12 year-long secondary education)

Note that we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays and Year-end and New Year Holidays.

【Application from resident in Japan】

Bring application form , required documents and passport to the school office in person with your financial supporter.

【Application from overseas】

Apply through a contact person who lives in Japan and speaks Japanese and your mother language.

  Application forms are available at our center or on our web site.
  We send out application forms by e-mail or telephone or fax request if it is within Japan.
  (We do not send out our application forms abroad)

  We ask all the applicants from overseas to have a ‘contact person’ in order to carry out all the application procedures smoothly including immigration procedures.

Screening will be done by our committee members based on the documents handed in.

• An Applicant who is granted with our admission need to settle Payment 10.(1) mentioned below to our designated account within the given period. (Bank charges shall be born by your side)
• Upon confirmation of the receipt of payment, an admission certificate of the school will be issued to you.

＊ About visa＊

【Application from overseas】

• After the above procedure is completed, we will apply for your student visa to Osaka Regional Immigration Bureau as your proxy.
• If and when approved, a ‘’Certificate of Eligibility’’ will be sent to you.
• Please apply for the Student Visa in your country with the certificate.
• Make sure to carry out all the procedure within the time limit stated on your entry permit and come to Japan during the admission procedure period.

【Application from resident in Japan】

• Complete renewing or states changing of visa if necessary.

• Make the second payment (see below ‘’Payment 10.(2) as soon as you arrive in Japan.)
• With the bank receipt and your passport, come to our center accompanied by a payer or a contact person.

Note:

Since visa application will not be necessary for those applied from inside Japan, admission issue and entrance procedures take place at the same time.
