5) The applicant must have a recommendation letter from the school which he/she belongs to.

Application procedure:

The following documents are needed:

1) Official application letter from the school.
2) Completed application form with official ID photo. Submit a photo of the spouse,Marriage Certificate and Certificate of Eligibility.

3) Recommendation letter from the school which you belong to.

4) Academic transcript(*or Letter of acceptance from your school or Certificate of enrollment)

5) Copy of your Alien Registration Card(copied on both sides)
