JASSO held Japan Education Fair 2013(Inter-University Exchange Program: North America) as described below.
The Fair is designed to provide international exchange program administrators attending the 65th NAFSA Annual Conference with information about participating Japanese universities, as well as to promote networking among exchange partner universities and institutions through exchanges with the conference participants and positive involvement to the conference.

5. Content of the Fair
(1) Individual consultation
In the booth of "Study in Japan", universities participating in the fair gave advice to people who attended 65th NAFSA Annual Conference concerning about their educational system, education programs, admission procedures, and their characteristics, etc. Providing information about the future partnership between Japanese universities and the U.S. institutions was also one of the missions. Other exhibiting organizations provided information about their programs for consultation.
(2) Providing information
In the booth, universities participating in the fair provided brochures of universities, curriculums, and recruiting outlines. They also provided general information about the universities in Japan to the participants.
(3) Exchange information
Participants actively joined workshops and sessions of the annual conference, and also shared and collected information positively.
