The rent and entrance fee at the Tokyo International Exchange Center (hereinafter referred to as “the fees”) of the International Students will be revised as follows:

(1)Revised Fees 2027 from March 1, 2027
- 1.As a special measure for residents of the International Students whose "first day of the Permitted Period of Residence" is on or before February 28, 2027, the "(0) Current Fees" will remain in effect to the residents until March 31, 2029, as the transitional period.
- 2.Starting on March 1, 2027, the "(1) Revised Fees 2027" will apply to residents of the International Students whose "first day of the Permitted Period of Residence" is on or after this date.
- 3.On April 1, 2029, the "(1) Revised Fees 2027" will apply to all residents of the International Students.
Note: Residents of the International Students who re-enter or change halls on or after March 1, 2027, will be subject to the "(1) Revised Fees 2027" regardless of the transitional period mentioned above.
(2)Revised Fees 2031 from March 1, 2031
- 1.As a special measure for residents of the International Students whose "first day of the Permitted Period of Residence" is on or before February 28, 2031, the " (1)Revised Fees 2027" will remain in effect to the residents until March 31, 2033, as the transitional period.
- 2.Starting on March 1, 2031, the "(2) Revised Fees 2031" will apply to residents of the International Students whose "first day of the Permitted Period of Residence" is on or after this date.
- 3.On April 1, 2033, the "(2) Revised Fees 2031" will apply to all residents of the International Students.
Note: Residents of the International Students who re-enter or change halls on or after March 1, 2031, will be subject to the "(2) Revised Fees 2031" regardless of the transitional period mentioned above.
