Requests and Cautions Upon Application for 2020 EJU (2nd Session)
- Applications for the examination are currently being accepted (from July 6 to July 31).
- There may be occasions when we will need to contact you on an urgent basis. Because of this, possibly please select online application.
- For applicants planning to apply by mail, we request that the following information be written in the open spaces in “(12) Name and Emergency Contact of Affiliated School or Company” of the application form: “Email address” and “Cellphone number” of the individual applicant. For applicants who do not have cellphones, please enter “No cellphone” in the same space.
- Please be aware that measures currently being taken to prevent the spread of infection from the new coronavirus here in Japan include limits on the number of applicants able to take the examination at specific examination sites. As a result, changes may occur in the locations of the examination site requested in original applications to sites in nearby prefectures.
- Due to the situations at examination sites or other related matters, changes may be made in the examination time.
