1.Examination Voucher Reissuance Procedure
Examinees who lost their examination voucher after taking the EJU in Japan and need to have a replacement issued (for submission in a university application or other such reason) can request one by following the procedure below.

(1) Fill out EJU Examination Voucher Reissuance Request form(PDF:36KB) with the necessary information.
(2) Pay the reissuance fee of 1,000 yen (consumption tax included) per voucher. The fee needs to be paid at a post office to the following account.

Please write "EJU Examination Voucher Reissue Request" in the space for correspondence ("Tsushin-ran") on the Postal Payment Form.

(3) Send the filled form to JASSO by fax or postal service.

Note

* The reissuance fee is not refundable for any reason.
* The fee listed above is for persons living in Japan. If you took the EJU in Japan but current reside outside Japan, contact JASSO for information on the fee amount and payment method.
* If you took the EJU outside Japan, contact JASSO before carrying out the reissuance request procedure.

2.Closing Day / Mailing Day
(1)The weekly closing day for processing of reissuance requests is Friday (if a holiday, the preceding business day). Vouchers will be reissued for requests that have been received and paid for by the closing day.
(2)The reissued voucher will be sent out as express mail in generally 7 days after the closing day. This processing period cannot be reduced.

* Please pay the reissuance fee and send the reissuance request at the same time.
