* To enroll in higher educational institute in Japan, you need to complete a total of 12 years of elementary and secondary levels of education. Those who are from India, Singapore, Philippine, Malaysia, and Myanmar, which offers 10 or 11 years of education, and want to enroll in Japanese higher educational institutes need to accomplish either of following requirements below.

 

(1)Complete 1-2 years of education at a higher educational institute in your country to fulfill the 12 years of education.

OR

(2) Study 1-2 years at "University Preparatory Courses" in Japan
