Born in Kyoto.
When he was a student, he began activities to promote the local community using YOKAI as cultural resources, and planed a YOKAI Costume Parade to recreate The Night Parade of One hundred YOKAIS.
Currently, his life's work is to spread Japanese YOKAI culture overseas through event management, writing, and research activities.
