KIKUCHI Sae (Lecture / Exchange Meeting)
She worked as a cabin attendant at ANA for 17 years. Also responsible for VIP flights for political and business leaders, as well as serving as a personnel instructor. Since 2007, she has been working as a training instructor, conducting training in China, Hong Kong, the United States, and other locations. She possesses extensive experience in supporting people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
YAMAMOTO Soutou (Tea ceremony Workshop / Exchange Meeting)
She grew up in a household where her mother was a tea master of the Omotesenke school. She believe that the spirit of hospitality transcends countries and languages, reaching people all over the world. In addition to She is leading tea ceremony experiences for over 200 groups from about 20 countries at a facility for foreign tourists, She also run a tea ceremony school.
