Follow-up Research Fellowship Reports for FY 2022 (Kumamoto University)
adsorption isotherm, a maximum adsorption value of MB onto the hydrogel was achieved 117.63 mg/g. The hydrogel is a completely biodegradable material to be utilized for the adsorption of cationic toxic materials from waste effluent. The current outcomes of the research were presented at International Seminar room of Materials Science and Applied Chemistry Department to consolidate and improve the method. Adsorption kinetics (Pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order kinetic model, Intraparticle diffusion model) for the case of methylene blue adsorption on the prepared hydrogel will be investigated. The outcomes will provide exploration geologists and the wider scientific community with comprehensive data for a significantly improved evaluation of the Cu-Au systems in the MMB of Myanmar. The results will be published in the Q-1 level international journal on mineral deposit and geochemistry. Comparative study of epithermal gold deposits of Myanmar and Japan will be also performed.
