As part of the intellectual exchange space provided in Plaza Heisei, these conference rooms can be utilized as multi-purpose utility space to conduct smaller, independent sessions or seminars in conjunction with larger conferences being held in the International Conference Hall or Media Hall. Conference Room 1 is equipped with a number of features, including a wide screen and video projector.
