Procedures for Reservation Holders | JASSO Procedures Notification of the Institution of Enrollment ※This page is only for Reservation Holders of the Reservation Program for Monbukagakusho Honors Scholarship for Privately-Financed International Students. ※Reservation holders need to register on JASSO Online Form and be recommended by the school they enroll in. ※Persons other than the Reservation Holders cannnot receive the honors scholarship under the Reservation Program even if they register on JASSO Online Form.
