I joined the Tokyo Japanese Language Education Center in April 2011 and entered the 1-year course. My Japanese was very poor before I came to Japan. The teachers helped me a lot on both study and daily life.
We practiced listening, reading, talking and writing comprehensively everyday so that we could master practical Japanese. Students had to work hard without being reminded because we had a test of kanji and vocabulary every morning. There are also classes that we can communicate with the classmates and the teachers freely. Besides study, the school also gave us reference on writing applications, releasing report and the practice of interview.
My families were very pleased that I entered Waseda University on October 2011. I was also awarded scholarship of Showa Ikeda Memorial Foundation, which really encouraged me a lot.
Study in Japan is a step of the way to my success. I will do my best from now on for a great future.
