adsorption isotherm, a maximum adsorption value of MB onto the hydrogel was achieved 117.63 mg/g. The hydrogel is a completely biodegradable material to be utilized for the adsorption of cationic toxic materials from waste effluent. The current outcomes of the research were presented at International Seminar room of Materials Science and Applied Chemistry Department to consolidate and improve the method. Adsorption kinetics (Pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order kinetic model, Intraparticle diffusion model) for the case of methylene blue adsorption on the prepared hydrogel will be investigated.
