Education of human resources responsible for good diplomatic relations
To play a part in the nation’s international student policy, the Center is a preparatory educational institute designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, which provides Japanese language and core subject education to international students aiming to advance to a higher educational institution in Japan, and it accepts mainly government-sponsored international students and students dispatched by foreign governments.
