Steps to Reissue Examination Vouchers
- 1.Apply for the reissuance through "Reissue Exam Voucher" on Mypage of EJU Online.
- 2.Pay the reissue fee.
- 3.The examination voucher will be mailed.
Reissuance Fee
- (Applications submitted Until March 31, 2026) 2,000 yen (tax included) per voucher
- (Applications submitted from April 1, 2026 onwards) 3,000 yen (tax included) per voucher
Payment Method
- Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners)
- Convenience Store (Lawson, FamilyMart, MiniStop, Seicomart)
- Pay-easy (Bank(ATM), Online banking)
Deadline
The deadline is set for every Friday (Or the preceding business day if Friday is a holiday in Japan).
Examination vouchers will be reissued for requests that have been paid for by the deadline.
Mailing Day
The examination vouchers will be mailed on the Friday following the deadline week (Or the preceding business day if Friday is a holiday).
