Examination Vouchers (for taking EJU in Japan)

Q. My examination voucher has not arrived. What should I do?

A. If your examination voucher has not arrived 10 days after the mailing date entered in EJU Bulletin, prepare a "Temporary Examination Voucher" before the exam date.

Download and print the "Temporary Examination Voucher" from the EJU Online “Check and Change Application Info” page. For examinees using the Group Application (batch registration format), ask the group coordinator to print out the temporary examination vouchers. A temporary voucher will be issued with the same information (examination registration number, examination venue, etc.) as appearing on your examination voucher.
Also, download "Cautions upon Taking EJU" from the EJU Online “Check and Change Application Info” page and read them carefully before the exam day.

On the day of the exam, make sure to bring the temporary voucher and the original of your identification document (either a residence card, passport, or My Number card) to the "Temporary Examination Voucher Counter" set up at the examination venue. You will be allowed to take the exam once the staff has checked and verified your identity.
