Q. My examination voucher has not arrived. What shoud I do?

A. If your examination voucher has not arrived 10 days after the mailing date entered in EJU Bulletin, print out a “Temporary Examination Voucher” from the EJU Online “Check and Change Application Info” page. On the date of the exam, submit that temporary voucher to the “Temporary Examination Voucher Counter” set up at the examination site. A temporary voucher will be printed with the same information (examination registration number, examination site, etc.) as the examination voucher.
If your examination voucher has been sent back, arrange for staffers to check the temporary examination voucher and personal identification (passport or residence card) that you have brought with you.
